These terms apply to purchases made at uveshop.com, operated by uVe Official Store (“uVe”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
- Prices are in US dollars. Puerto Rico sales and use tax (IVU) is added at checkout.
- We do our best to show product colors and details accurately; actual colors may vary slightly by screen.
- Presale items are made or restocked after you order and ship when available.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment is received. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or there is an error in price or description; if you already paid for a cancelled order, we refund that payment.
Payment
We accept credit and debit cards (processed by Stripe), PayPal and ATH Móvil. ATH Móvil orders are held until we confirm your payment; please send the exact amount with your order number in the message.
Shipping
Orders ship with USPS and include a tracking number. See our Shipping Policy.
All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges. See our Refund and Returns Policy for what to do if something is wrong with your order.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Intellectual property
The uVe name, logo, designs, photos and content on this site belong to uVe and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
