This policy explains what information uVe Official Store (“uVe”, “we”, “us”) collects when you shop at uveshop.com and how it is used.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the items you order.
- Account information (optional): if you create an account, your email, a password (stored encrypted) and the products you save.
- Payment information: card and PayPal payments are entered directly with our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). ATH Móvil payments are made in the ATH Móvil app. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information strictly to process and deliver your order: to confirm it, ship it, send you order updates and your tracking number, and help you if something is wrong with your order.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We only share what is needed to complete your order with the services that make it possible:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to process your payment.
- USPS, to deliver your package (name and shipping address).
- Our website hosting and email providers, to run the store and send order emails.
Cookies
The store uses essential cookies to keep your cart, process checkout and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you open the map to our in-store location, it is loaded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and saved products at any time.

Security
The store uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to customer information is limited to our team.
